There are also cases when you don’t even have to inform the bureau. Those are cases of common maintaining work and repairs. For example for change of floor or windows you don’t need any kid of permit.

With reconstruction it is often tampered with electricity manifolds as well. However every intervention into electricity requires revision.

You will be sure they do their job properly and professionally. Houses for sale usually have the electricity manifold under control but it is much safer to check than to have troubles later.
